COMPETITION

The Competition class is for students who wish to increase the intensity of their training. While the Fundamentals class focuses on skill-building and technical advancement, the Competition class focuses on sparring and live drills that mimic tournament scenarios. The vigorous pace of the class will prepare students both mentally and physically for the stress of competition. Students participating in this class will increase their physical and mental toughness, develop the ability to make quicker decisions and increase their athletic ability.
